- Manajemen Supply dengan laporan tentang kebutuhan pelanggan, masalah, minat, kegiatan kompetitif, dan potensi produk dan layanan baru.
- Tetap up-to-date dengan produk dan fitur baru
- Menjawab panggilan masuk dari calon pelanggan
- Bernegosisasi dengan pelanggan untuk membeli dengan menunjukkan bagaimana produk atau layanan kita memenuhi kebutuhan mereka
- Mencatat informasi pribadi pelanggan secara akurat dalam sistem komputer
- Identifikasi audiens target dan mengembangkan daftar email customer
- Merancang dan mengimplementasikan kampanye pemasaran email langsung
- Koreksi email untuk kejelasan, tata bahasa, dan ejaan
- Menulis buletin termasuk semua pembaruan perusahaan
- Meningkatkan penulisan template email menggunakan grafik, personalisasi, dan fitur lanjutan
- Pastikan komunikasi yang cepat dan akurat dengan klien melalui email untuk meminimalkan berhenti berlangganan dari customer
