Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at SENRI Indonesia in Jakarta. The role initiates product onboarding, addressing technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
As career path, this position is expected to be Account Manager who build long term relationship with our clients
Qualifications

- Customer Support in relevant software ins a pluss
- Excellent communication skills in English / Indonesia
