Deskripsi pekerjaan:

  • Bertanggung jawab atas kecepatan penjualan, kecepatan pengiriman barang ke pelanggan (dokumen PO,SO, DO)
  • Menjaga kepuasan pelanggan terhadap produk dan pelayanan yang diberikan, memberikan solusi tersebut atas permasalahan yang dihadapi pelanggan

Persyaratan:

  • Pendidikan min. D3/S1 Semua Jurusan
  • Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun dibidang Marketing Support atau Sales Admin atau Customer Support dari perusahaan logistik / distribusi / manufaktur
  • Good computer literacy (CRM, Excel, Word)
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Surabaya (Margomulyo)
