Job description for Customer Support Lokal at Mondea

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Bisnis Internasional, Manajemen, Teknik, atau terkait)

Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun di bidang customer support/administrasi

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik

Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan deadline

Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan nasional (distributor, trader, end user)

Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (Production, PPIC, Logistics) untuk memastikan pengiriman tepat waktu

Memantau proses pengiriman barang dan memastikan kelancaran ekspor

Menangani keluhan pelanggan dan menjaga kepuasan customer

Melakukan analisa pasar dan kompetitor di industri marine hose
