- Membuat strategi untuk mengembangkan dan memanfaatkan community.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim Social Media dan Design untuk membuat event/campaign untuk mengembangkan community.
- Memanfaatkan community yang tersedia untuk tujuan brand awareness, mendapatkan user baru dan loyalty.
- Melakukan riset trend ter-update di community dan memahami produk perusahaan.
- Mengelola channel community dan kegiatan yang ada di dalam perusahaan.
- Menjawab pertanyaan user baik di Zendesk, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp Group dan Discord.
- Melakukan report harian, mingguan dan bulanan kepada Supervisor.
- Dapat bekerja sama dengan tim.
- Jujur dan memiliki kemauan untuk terus belajar.
