Job description for Customer Success Specialist at ICHIGO
- Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers.
- Provide appropriate solutions within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Resolve queued transactions within the SLA (Service Level Agreements) to reduce potential revenue losses.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers.
- Identify fraudulent transactions, and proceed with the cancellation from further process.
- Approach industry professionals/influencers to create a strong network.
- Daily searching affiliates (YouTubers & gamers) to promote TokyoCatch & JapanCodeSupply services.
- Maintain and grow community on Social Media.
- Manage relationships and contract agreements with external vendors.
- Continuously identifying work processes and making improvemets.
- 0-3 years experience as Customer Experience, Customer Service, Customer Success (experience in e-Commerce is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Business level), and Japanese is a plus.
- Problem-solving oriented and good analytical thinking
- Tech savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, CRM Software)
- Able to prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Well-organizing person, discipline, creative, and high initiative.
