Customer Success Specialist – Analyst [English Speaker]

📍 Location: WFO, Jakarta, Indonesia.

🏢 Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist – Analyst to support customer operations for a global petrochemical business. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in customer operations, order management, billing, or supply chain processes who thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Process customer orders, amendments, cancellations, and rush orders accurately and on time.
  • 2. Manage customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, billing, and documentation.
  • 3. Support billing, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and Letter of Credit (LC) activities.
  • 4. Maintain customer master data and pricing information in SAP.
  • 5. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Compliance teams as required.
  • 6. Support customer feedback tracking and month-end operational activities.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and internal controls.

Requirements

  • 1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2. 1–3 years of experience in Customer Operations, Order Management, Billing, Supply Chain, or Customer Service.
  • 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • 4. Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred (SAP FI / SAP P94 is an advantage).
  • 5. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • 6. High accuracy in transactional work and documentation.
  • 7. Proactive approach to issue escalation and customer support.
