Job description for Customer Success Offline at Avana Indonesia
- Ensure clients happiness with our services and continue to use AVANA as their business support services
- Providing efficiency feedback for clients
- Follow up frequently with customers throughout the lifecycle of their feedback to achieve resolution
- Assist customers using social media websites, online tools, email and phone that link with AVANA platform
- Work in conjunction with Account Manager Team for Tanah Abang project
- To advice Digital Marketing through Chat or Social Media
- Effective management of time and documents.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by your Superior
- Ensure customer satisfaction and providing profession customer support
- Preferably woman with min. 1 year experience in the same position.
- Have min. Diploma degree
- Have a good communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Get used to monotonous work
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience in Digital Marketing at least 1 year of experience
