Job description for Customer Success - Makassar at PT Global Unggul Mandiri (Paxel)
Sebagai Customer Success tugas kamu adalah:
Proaktif memberi informasi kepada pelanggan jika ada kendala, termasuk juga melayani complain dari customer baik secara langsung, telepon, ataupun sosial media. Memberikan edukasi kepada pelanggan terkait product dan layanan Paxel, serta memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan yang datang ke cabang Paxel.
Yang kamu butuhkan untuk menjadi Customer Success:
- Pendidikan minimal SMA sederajat,
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Customer Service,
- Terbiasa menggunakan Ms. Office,
- Mampu bekerjasama dalam tim baik internal maupun eksternal,
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik & berorientasi kepada kepuasaan pelanggan,
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift,
- Penampatan: Makassar.
