Job description for Customer Success Consultant (Engineer – Construction Software) at PT RENRUI INDONESIA HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on marketing, basic software skills, and other relevant topics.
2. Provide project guidance and technical support to clients to ensure successful software implementation and adoption.
3. Support the sales team in presales activities, including product demonstrations and technical consultations.
4. Identify, investigate, and analyze issues encountered during daily operations, and provide effective solutions.
5. Gather market insights, client feedback, and product requirements to support continuous product improvement.
6. Prepare and deliver training materials, project progress updates, and activity reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client-facing skills.
3. At least 2 years of experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, structural engineering, or the construction industry.
4. Good understanding of structural, architectural, and/or MEP drawings, construction specifications, standard details, and measurement rules commonly used in building projects in Indonesia.
5. Ability to perform cost estimation for construction projects.
6. Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with 3D modeling or structural analysis software, such as Revit, ETABS, Tekla, SAP2000, or SketchUp.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong construction-related technical background, good communication skills, and the ability to help clients successfully implement and use software.
