- A fresh graduate/last semester undergraduate student with no class activity from any major
- Able to start working ASAP
- Have good communication skill and problem solving
- Have experience working with customer support (would be a plus)
- Maintaining and managing customer relationships and expectations.
- Reading, prioritising and responding to customer/students queries via live chat
- Troubleshooter for any problem with application liaise with tech team
- Handling webadmin and Customer insight (collecting users insight and feedback, research customer insight that can be implemented in our app)
