Job description for Customer Success (Admin Sales) Freelance at Pt. Solusi Pembayaran Elektronik

Job Descriptions:

  • Melakukan Rekonsiliasi dan Settelment Data Penggunaan Produk Klien.
  • Memfasilitasi Proses Penerbitan Invoice, sampai proses deliver ke klien.
  • Pendaftaran Vendor untuk Partner SPE.
  • Administrasi Support Terkait Spending Budget Tim Bursel.
  • Mengelola dan memfasilitasi proses onboarding produk untuk klien/mitra.
  • Monitoring Dokumen Perjanjian Kerjasama (Perjanjian Kerja Sama, NDA dan dokumen lainnya).

Requirements:

  • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang industri teknologi, khususnya produk dan layanan fintech.
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office Suite (terutama Word, PowerPoint, dan Excel dengan penguasaan rumus seperti COUNT, IF, dan VLOOKUP).
  • Mampu mengelola, menganalisis, dan menyajikan data dalam bentuk visual (data visualisasi).
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan efektif, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan problem-solving yang kuat dengan sikap kerja yang profesional.
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan deadline yang ketat.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dengan inisiatif tinggi eksploratif maupun bekerja sama dalam tim.
  • Memiliki kepribadian yang rajin, teliti, detail, dan tekun dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan.
