Responsibilities :
- Handle Customer inquiries via Email and Social Media
- Providing Customers with Product and Service Information
- Identifying and Escalating Priority Issues
- Document all Call Information based on SOP
- Updating Customer Data on the Computer
- Conduct Customer Surveys to Ascertain Customer Service Levels
Qualification :
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to delegate efficiently.
- Have experience as Customer Succes(preferrable have a background hospitality and customer serice)
- Minimum bachelor's degree in related field.
- Have a good communication skill
- Have a good problem solving skill
- Goal oriented and able to work under pressure
