Responsibilities :

  • Handle Customer inquiries via Email and Social Media
  • Providing Customers with Product and Service Information
  • Identifying and Escalating Priority Issues
  • Document all Call Information based on SOP
  • Updating Customer Data on the Computer
  • Conduct Customer Surveys to Ascertain Customer Service Levels
  • Qualification :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to delegate efficiently.
  • Have experience as Customer Succes(preferrable have a background hospitality and customer serice)
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Have a good communication skill
  • Have a good problem solving skill
  • Goal oriented and able to work under pressure
