Penempatan: Gudang Spotec – Tangerang

PT Youngsoo Pratama menaungi dua brand lifestyle dan sports yang sedang berkembang pesat: Xexymix Indonesia (Global Activewear Brand) dan Spotec (Sports Footwear Brand). Saat ini kami membuka kesempatan untuk posisi Customer Service – SPOTEC yang akan fokus mendukung operasional layanan pelanggan dan pengelolaan pesanan dari berbagai channel online.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Mengelola layanan pelanggan melalui WhatsApp, telepon, email, dan marketplace
  2. Menangani pertanyaan, komplain, retur, serta kendala pengiriman
  3. Melakukan pengecekan dan follow up status pesanan secara akurat dan cepat
  4. Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang untuk memastikan order diproses dengan tepat waktu
  5. Mengelola chat marketplace dan memastikan respon sesuai SLA
  6. Membuat laporan administrasi harian terkait order dan customer handling
  7. Memberikan pelayanan yang informatif, ramah, dan solutif kepada pelanggan

Kualifikasi

  1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (lebih disukai D3/S1)
  2. Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di Customer Service, Admin Online Shop, atau posisi terkait
  3. Terbiasa mengelola pesanan online (Shopee, Tokopedia, dll.)
  4. Komunikatif, sabar, detail, dan memiliki service mindset yang baik
  5. Mampu bekerja cepat dan multitasking dalam menangani volume chat/order
  6. Menguasai Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  7. Bersedia bekerja full onsite di Gudang Spotec – Tangerang
