Job description for Customer Services & Translator MANDARIN (Semarang) at PT Lehe Foods Indonesia Trading
Working Hours : Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
a. Qualifications/资格要求:
1. Placement in Semarang
工作地点：雅加达或三宝垄
2. Proficient in Mandarin (minimum equivalent to HSK Level 4 or above)
精通中文（至少相当于HSK二级及以上水平）
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
欢迎应届毕业生申请
4. Fluent in speaking, Reading and writing Mandarin (typing Mandarin characters is preferred)
流利的中文听说读写能力（优先考虑能够熟练输入中文字符）。
5. Knowledge in the F&B field is an advantage
具备餐饮行业相关知识者优先
b. Responsibilities/工作职责:
1. Communicate with clients in Mandarin
用中文与客户进行沟通
2. Translate documents to and from Mandarin (contracts, official letters, reports, etc.)
翻译中文与印尼文/英文文件（合同、正式信函、报告等）
3. Provide oral interpretation during meetings or discussions
在会议或洽谈中提供口译支持
4. Support company activities (including business development, customer service, and other departments)
支持公司各项业务活动（包括业务拓展、客户服务及其他部门）
5. Assist Customer Service with handling order status inquiries, assisting with order modifications/cancellations, and answering payment-related questions
协助客户服务部门处理订单状态查询、订单修改/取消，以及支付相关问题
6. Assist Customer Service with addressing returns, exchanges, and refunds, handling product complaints, and responding to logistics anomalies
协助客户服务部门处理退货、换货、退款，解决产品投诉，并应对物流异常情况
7. Assist Customer Service with recording customer inquiries as required, providing timely feedback, and offering suggestions
协助客户服务部门记录客户咨询，及时提供反馈，并提出改进建议
