Job description for Customer Services & Support at PT. Silk Route Trade Services Indonesia
- Handling and monitoring shipment from customer location to the final destination
- Checking and handling all export import documents before and after shipment arrive
- Performing import and export administrative records
- Ensure all import and export documents compliance to government regulation and requirement
- Liaising and negotiating with Shipper, Consignee, Agent and Customer
- Resolve any arising problem or complaint
- Assist the sales division
- Female/Male, Age below 30 years old
- Candidate must possess either Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Good teamwork, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Good in English both oral and written
- Knowledge in export import forwarding is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Responsible and Passionate
- Ability to work as a team or individual
- Have a good attitude, conscientious and hardworking
- Preferably a residence / domicile in Jakarta
