Merespon dan menangani pertanyaan customer melalui telepon, atau media sosial dengan sopan dan profesional

Menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan dengan cepat dan efisien.

Memberikan informasi lengkap terkait produk, layanan, proses pemesanan dan kebijakan perusahaan kepada pelanggan.

Membangun & menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kepuasaan.

Job Requirements

Pendidikan minimal SMK/SMA (D4 atau S1 lebih diminati)

Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, sabar dan ramah dalam berinteraksi dengan pelanggan.

Pelayanan pelanggan yang orientasi pada kepuasaan pelanggan.

Familiar dengan aplikasi chat (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)

Pemahaman dasar tentang produk atau layanan perusahaan
