Job Description

Handle and resolve ticket complaints and delivery issues from the partner ticketing system Shopee (CSI)
Analyze investigations related to claims and arbitration.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

Job Requirements

Good communication skill
Experience in the Customer Service Logistic/Ecommerce min 2 years
Having a good knowledge about customer service, detailed level, agile and work with under pressure.
Able to handling complaints and provide feedback for customers as problem solving skills.
Accoustomed to working with a team, willing to shift system and work on holidays.
