Job description for Customer Service at SINERGI BATAVIA LOGISTIK

TUGAS UTAMA :

- Menerima informasi order pesanan dari customer/vendor management lalu meneruskan ke pihak trucking

- Membantu memonitor Kiriman Barang mulai dari keberangkatan sampai barang diterima oleh customer

- Memberikan informasi mengenai update proses pengiriman barang ke customer

- Meminta atau mengingatkan kembali perihal DO balik

KUALIFIKASI :

- Minimal SMA/SMK

- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang logistik

- Memahami aturan monitoring dan controling pendistribusian logistik

- Mampu menggunakan Ms.Office
