CUSTOMER SERVICE
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Attractive, neat, and professional appearance.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Friendly, polite, and able to communicate effectively.
Patient, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to handle customer complaints.
Able to operate a computer and communication applications.
Willing to work from the office (WFO).
Preferably residing in Jakarta or surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding products, prices, availability, and the ordering process.
Process orders and ensure all customer and order details are accurate.
Communicate professionally with Indonesian and international customers.
Coordinate orders with the florist, operations, and delivery teams.
Monitor orders until they are successfully delivered.
Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Follow up with customers after orders are completed.
Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
Work Location: West Jakarta
Work Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO)
