Job Description:
As a Customer Service team member, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries via chat and phone
- Preparing price offers, following up with clients, and closing deals
- Coordinating car bookings and driver schedules
- Managing and updating booking data using Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheets
- Resolving customer issues efficiently (problem solving)
- Working with daily/weekly/monthly sales and service targets
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, max age 35
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheets) and basic admin tools
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (spoken & written)
- Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s areas, routes, and tourist destinations
- Responsible, proactive, and well-organized
- Experience in car rental, transportation, or customer service is a big plus
