What You’ll Do
- Handle customer communication across multiple channels.
- Represent several brands under Mario Minardi Group, each with its own tone of voice.
- Become the first point of contact for customer complaints and concerns.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and find the right solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve disputes and customer issues.
- Keep customers informed and follow up until every case is fully resolved.
- Ensure a positive customer experience from first contact to case closure.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Customer Service or a similar role.
- Strong English communication skills – spoken & written (must-have).
- Experienced in handling customer complaints and difficult situations.
- Comfortable managing multiple communication channels and brands simultaneously.
- Patient, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to adapt communication style according to different brand personalities.
