Job Description – Online Customer Service Eyelovin

Sebagai Online Customer Service di Eyelovin, Anda bertanggung jawab memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada customer melalui platform online serta membantu meningkatkan kepuasan dan penjualan perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

* Membalas chat customer melalui WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, dan marketplace lainnya.

* Memberikan rekomendasi softlens sesuai kebutuhan customer.

* Menjelaskan detail produk seperti warna, diameter, material, kadar air, dan cara penggunaan softlens.

* Membantu customer dalam proses pemesanan dan pembayaran.

* Menangani komplain customer dengan cepat, ramah, dan solutif.

* Melakukan follow up customer.

* Berkoordinasi dengan tim admin dan warehouse terkait pengiriman barang.

* Memahami promo, campaign, dan produk terbaru Eyelovin.

* Menjaga kualitas pelayanan dan response time customer.

Kualifikasi

* Pria/Wanita usia maksimal 23 tahun.

* Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.

* Berpengalaman sebagai online customer service menjadi nilai tambah.

* Komunikatif, ramah, sabar, dan memiliki attitude yang baik.

* Fast response dan terbiasa multitasking.

* Terbiasa menggunakan WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, dan marketplace lainnya.

* Memiliki kemampuan mengetik cepat dan rapi.

* Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, termasuk shift malam, hari libur, dan tanggal merah apabila dibutuhkan.

* Memiliki komitmen untuk menjaga response time dan kualitas pelayanan customer selama jam operasional.

* Tertarik pada bidang beauty, fashion, atau contact lens menjadi nilai plus.

On August 2014changed to Eyelovin and has had anofﬁcial website until this day.

Why Eyelovin? Our previous names Geo Softlens room isassociated to 1 brand lens, while the Eyelovin Brand is intendedto be a leading market place for contact lenses. We startedseeing the opportunity of not selling just 1 brand lens butexpanded to other brands such as EOS, Kitty Kawaii, Dreamcolorand many more. In addition to contact lenses, Eyelovin alsobegan to provide multipurpose solution water, contact lensdrops, travel accessories for contact lens, and glasses frames

Started with 1 employee incharge of packing goods,we are happy our team have grown to more than 15 divided into a few divisions including HRGA, Operational, Marketing & Finance.

Eyelovin started in a humble 2x2 room in the founder's garage. Now Eyelovin build own Building in Jakarta Barat with 2 stories Office and largest warehouse
