  • Menerima pelanggan, mencatat keluhan kendaraan, dan membuat Work Order (WO) servis.
  • Menginformasikan estimasi biaya servis serta berkoordinasi dengan teknisi terkait pekerjaan kendaraan.
  • Mengelola administrasi servis dan data pelanggan serta memastikan kelengkapan transaksi.

Kualifikasi

  • Komunikatif & berorientasi pada pelayanan
  • Memahami alur servis bengkel & dasar kendaraan (diutamakan)
