Qualifications:
- Experience as Marketplace admin for 1 year minimum
- Familiar with Marketplace features (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.)
- Able to work under pressure and in a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Optics-related work experience is preferred
- Available to WFO in Yogyakarta.
Job Descriptions:
- Respond quickly to customer chats and follow up personally
- Achieve closing rate targets
- Plan and execute follow-up strategies for products and customer stages
- Manage and optimize product listings every 4 hours
- Create reports on sales and traffic for shopee and tokopedia monthly.
