Job Responsibilities

  1. Be familiar with the gameplay, campaigns and user scenarios of voice social products on the platform.
  2. Establish contact with VIP users and maintain long-term relationships, and deliver differentiated service experience.
  3. Conduct segmented operation based on user behavior analysis, formulate refined outreach strategies to improve user activity and payment conversion rate.
  4. Assist in handling user feedback and issues to guarantee the experience and service quality of core users.
  5. Collect user feedback and usage insights to support product optimization and operation strategy adjustment.
