Minimum SMA/SMK graduate
• Experience in Customer Service / Marketplace preferred
• Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
• Good communication skills
• Patient, responsible, and customer oriented
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Fast learner and team player
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer chat and inquiries from marketplace platforms
• Handle complaints and provide proper solutions
• Process return / refund requests
• Monitor incoming orders and shipment issues
• Follow up customer problems related to orders or products
• Monitor ratings and reviews
• Coordinate with warehouse regarding stock and delivery issues
• Update product information if needed
