Kualifikasi:

• Pria

• Usia max 35 tahun

• Domisili Solo atau bersedia ditempatkan di Solo.

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 lebih diutamakan.

• Memiliki kecepatan mengetik yang baik & multitasking.

• Komunikasi tertulis jelas, sopan, dan profesional.

• Mampu bekerja dengan target & shifting (jika diperlukan).

• Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar, pengalaman CS Livechat/Email/Call lebih disukai.

Jobdesc:

• Melayani pelanggan melalui live chat/Email dengan cepat, ramah, dan sesuai SOP.

• Menangani beberapa chat sekaligus dengan akurat.

• Mendokumentasikan percakapan pelanggan di sistem CRM.

• Memberikan informasi produk/layanan, menyelesaikan kendala, serta melakukan eskalasi bila diperlukan.

• Menjaga standar SLA response time sesuai KPI.
