Qualifications:
• Engineer/language/communication education background
• Have experience in beauty brand is preferred
• Prior experience in customer service
• Have a good sense and passion in service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Able to work in team
• Can join as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer chats
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions
• Provide accurate information about products or services
• Collecting and updating customer inquiries along with appropriate answers in the system
What is Première Beauté
