Job description for Customer Service at PT Green Fashion Group
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, and WhatsApp Business.
2. Provide prompt and professional support regarding orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and product information.
3. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Warehouse, and Marketing, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
5. Manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining excellent service quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree of Communication or any related field
- Have experience working as customer service for at least 1 year
- Have experience in handling e-commerce store (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia)
- Fluent in English Language
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to various types of characteristics
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and good at manage time
- Willing to work on morning shift, night shift and on weekend
- Willing to work in North Jakarta
