Memberi kebutuhan informasi dan arahan kepada pengunjung secara tepat dan jelas sesuai SOP
Melayani keluhan pengunjung dan memberikan solusi yang tepat serta cepat tanggap
Memenuhi kebutuhan fasilitas pengunjung untuk menunjang kenyamanan
Melayani dan memahami program Loyalty Mall
Mengecek dan menjaga fasilitas serta properti perusahaan terkait kelayakan fasilitas pengunjung
