Job description for Customer Service at GlobalXtreme
Job Description:
- Resolve customers complaints via telephone, email, letter, or social media
- Educate customers about products and services
- Assist division head to schedule technicians’ field work
- Responsible for all administrative work of the assigned division
- Coordinate with external parties (customers) and internal teams (field technician)
- Record and document daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Monitor internet network quality system
Qualifications:
• Min. Bachelor in Any Major
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Able to communicate in English, verbal and written
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suites, especially Excel
• Thorough, friendly, and able to coordinate well with various parties
• Willing to work shifts
