Umur : 20–30 tahun

Education : Minimal SMA/SMK/D3/S1 preferred.

Experience : Minimal 1 tahun sebagai CS / Sales / Telemarketing / E-commerce

Communication : Ramah, jelas, komunikatif dan persuasif

Customer Handling : Mampu menangani pertanyaan dan komplain customer

Follow Up : Aktif melakukan follow-up sampai customer melakukan pickup/trade-in

Conversion : Mampu mengubah inquiry menjadi scheduled pickup

Gadget Knowledge : Mengerti basic smartphone & tablet

Data Accuracy : Teliti input model, IMEI, data customer, harga dan jadwal pickup

System : Bisa menggunakan social media (Instagram,Facebook,Tiktok ETC) Excel dan mudah mempelajari sistem baru

Target : Terbiasa bekerja dengan target/KPI

Attitude : Jujur, disiplin, responsif, sabar dan bertanggung jawab
