PT. Swalayan Sukses Abadi (TheFoodhall Supermarket) is seeking a highly motivated, service-driven, and well-presented individual to join our team as a Customer Service. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining the highest service standards. You will work closely with customers and internal departments to ensure excellent service, store presentation, and customer satisfaction. This position is based at our Top Store/Premium Store locations and the interview process will be conducted in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an excellent and personalized customer experience.
- Assist customers and address inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth store operations.
- Maintain store presentation and service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail, supermarket, or hospitality.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
