Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Sebagai Customer Service / Sales Representative, kandidat akan bertugas untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan serta membantu proses penjualan produk perusahaan.

Tanggung jawab utama:

  • Memberikan informasi yang jelas, lengkap, dan akurat mengenai produk perusahaan kepada pelanggan, calon pelanggan, maupun pihak yang membutuhkan informasi.
  • Melayani pertanyaan, kebutuhan, dan keluhan pelanggan dengan sikap ramah, sopan, dan profesional.
  • Membantu pelanggan dalam memahami produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka.
  • Menjaga citra dan nama baik perusahaan melalui pelayanan yang baik dan komunikasi yang positif.
  • Melakukan penawaran produk kepada pelanggan atau calon pelanggan.
  • Berusaha mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan.
  • Menjalankan pekerjaan sesuai prosedur dan standar pelayanan perusahaan.

Kualifikasi

  • Laki-laki atau perempuan, usia maksimal 26 tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan.
  • Lulusan SMA/SMK dapat melamar apabila memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Customer Service, Sales, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki tinggi dan berat badan yang proporsional.
  • Berpenampilan rapi, menarik, dan profesional.
  • Komunikatif, percaya diri, ramah, dan memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik.
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan target penjualan.
  • Memiliki motivasi kerja yang tinggi dan mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
  • Memiliki HP dan email aktif untuk proses pemanggilan interview.
