Job description for Customer Service (UP $8hr /CENTRAL/Training Provided) at Upside Motion
- Manage the day-to-day front-house operations in the studio.
- Greet and service customers on registration and payment processes.
- Assist instructors before, during and after classes whenever necessary.
- Maintain studio cleanliness at all times.
- Make class & package recommendations to clients.
- Support managing social accounts, produce bite-size content, identify and engage with potential clients.
- 1 complimentary class/calendar month for friends/family (new clients only, subject to availability, booking is required)
