With over 100 outlets across Korea and now looking to establish itself in the Indonesian market, we are excited to welcome a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team in Jakarta. As a Customer Service Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer service standards, ensuring excellence in every interaction with our valued customers.

Key responsibilities for this position include developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills of our Customer Service Representatives. You will be responsible for creating engaging and effective training materials, conducting sessions, and evaluating the performance of new hires. This role requires a deep understanding of customer service principles, the ability to communicate effectively, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our brand by fostering a positive customer experience and driving operational excellence.

We are seeking candidates who possess between 3 to 5 years of F&B experience and have a flare for teaching!
