Job Descriptions :

Melayanai tamu/jamaah umroh atau haji khusus
Melayani tamu yang menanyakan produk jasa lainnya (Ticketing/ Tour)
Membina hubungan baik dengan existing customer
Melakukan follow up atas pospek calon Jamaah Umroh / Haji Khusus

Job Requirement :

Minimal SMK
Diutamakan yang berdomisili Kota Surakarta, Jawa Tengah
Pengalaman bekerja sebagai Customer Service min. 1 tahun
Menyukasi dunia travel, rapi, inisiatif, jujur, ramah, memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik.
Mampu untuk cepat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru dan sistem pekerjaan yang dinamis
Memiliki kemampuan dalam problem solving yang baik
Diutamakan yang sudah memiliki pengalaman CS sebelumnya
