We are looking for a Customer Service/Tenant Relation Supervisor to join our team at Uttara The Icon. This role is closely related to customer service, with a primary focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with our tenants, handling their needs and concerns, and ensuring an excellent tenant experience.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communication, Hospitality, Tourism, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tenant Relation, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Property Management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in English (spoken and written).
- Customer-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team effectively.
- Able to make decisions, solve problems, and handle conflicts professionally.
- Honest, disciplined, and able to work well in a team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain good relationships with tenants.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with related departments.
- Ensure tenant issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Support lease renewal and tenant retention activities.
- Prepare simple reports on tenant relation activities.
