Job description for Customer Service Staff at PT. Cakraindo Mitra Internasional

Job Descriptions:

Manage and coordinate import and export activities
Handle job related to import / export shipment
Monitor and trac shipment to ensure timely delivery
Handle local (domestics) shipment
Resolve any issues related to customs clearance or shipment delays
Coordinate with shipping agencies
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and policies

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree from Management, Transportation, Logistics or related
At least 2 years of experience related
Have knowledge about forwarding, EMKL Trucking, Export Import, OFF and AFF (more preferable)
Understand to submit outward & inward manifest to Ceisa 4.0 system
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent English language skills and can speak English
