Job description for Customer Service Staff at PT Global Urban Esensial

Job Requirements:

- Have a good communication skills and tech savvy

- Have a strong relationship with user

- Technical Skills: Ms Office & Gsuite, Google Workspace Platform

- Accommodate complaints from internal and external users and process complaints until they receive comprehensive handling

- Deliver critical issues to the product department for system development

- Maintain active relationships for creating product sustainability

Job Description:

- Attending customer’s needs, requests, complaints, and problems through communication channels using (Email, Live chat, WhatsApp)

- Maintain Monthly Active User

- Categorize issues based on priority groups

- Cooperate with relevant stakeholders in handling issues
