Job description for Customer Service Staff ( Forwarding ) at PT. Yossava Trans Logistik
Responsibilities :
1. Manage end to end import process, inlcuding documentation, custom clearance, transportation
2. Handle and manage all activity related with export and import
3. Collaborate with external parties e.g. customs agent, carrier, shipping line
4. Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time
5. Completed document for invoicing and provide cash advance
Qualification :
1. Bachelor's degree in logistics or any field related
2. Min 1 years experience in Freight Forwarding company
3. Excellent knowledge of Ms office ( particulary Excel )
4. Strong knowledge of export and import documents and process
5. Able to join immediately
