Qualifications:

- Have basic knowledge of P2P lending products and regulations, including supervision by OJK.
- Skilled in using CRM applications, email, and other communication tools.
- Able to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build good relationships with customers.
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Understand the importance of customer data confidentiality.
- Have integrity and comply with the rules and guidelines set by OJK and the company.
- Able to work in a team or independently.
Job Description :
- Answer questions and provide information to users regarding P2P lending products, services, and processes clearly and accurately.
- Identify, resolve, and record customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide education to customers regarding applicable regulations, policies, and procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
- Assist customers in filling out forms, updating data, or completing processes related to loan or investment applications.
- Report problems or potential risks that arise from interactions with customers to the relevant team for follow-up.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to their needs in a timely manner and in accordance with established service standards.
