Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Menyambut pelanggan dan memberikan informasi terkait produk dan layanan store. Menyelesaikan keluhan pelanggan dengan cepat dan profesional, serta memberikan solusi terbaik.

Membantu pelanggan dalam proses pembelian, memastikan transaksi berjalan lancar dan akurat. Memastikan produk di toko terorganisir dengan baik dan stok tersedia sesuai kebutuhan.

Menjelaskan dan menawarkan promosi atau penawaran khusus yang sedang berlangsung kepada pelanggan. Memperbarui data pelanggan dan memastikan informasi kontak yang akurat dalam sistem.

Kualifikasi:

- Perempuan / Laki - Laki

- Min. pendidikan D3/S1, min. IPK 2,75 Single dan maksimal usia 26 tahun

-Berpenampilan menarik dan proporsional, TINGGI BADAN MINIMAL Perempuan 155 cm, Laki-Laki 165 cm berpengalaman di bidang Customer Service/Sales, fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar

-Komunikatif, percaya diri, dan memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
