Job description for Customer Service Representative (French Speaker) at Bali Home Immo Uluwatu
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and goal-driven Customer Service team member to join our dynamic agency. French and English speakers are a must. This role is ideal for an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills who enjoys assisting clients and can adapt quickly to the property industry.
Preferably candidates who are located around the Bukit Peninsula area: Jimbaran, Ungasan, Pecatu and Nusa Dua.
Total Take-Home Pay: IDR 40–100 million (including commission)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear and friendly information about our property listings and services.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.
Assist in scheduling property visits and following up with clients after viewings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and property values
Maintain accurate records of client communication in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Indonesian citizen with excellent communication skills in French and English (verbal and written preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
Previous experience in customer service, sales or real estate is an advantage.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
Able to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Presentable, professional, and trustworthy.
Possesses good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Able to work with flexible hours, including weekends when required.
Familiar with WhatsApp Business, CRM, and basic administrative tasks.
