Job Description

1. Melayani informasi, permintaan dan keluhan atas jasa layanan Telkomsel bagi seluruh pelanggan Telkomsel.

2. Service Operation Support.

3. Mengidentifikasi dan mencatatkan tujuan atau permasalahan pelanggan/calon pelanggan datang ke GraPARI di aplikasi yang telah ditentukan oleh Telkomsel.

Job Requirement

1. Pendidikan min. D3 semua jurusan.

2. Bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik dan berbahasa inggris.

3. Bisa bekerja secara mandiri dan juga team.

4. Pola pikir analitis, detail oriented dan mampu bekerja multi tasking.
