Job Desk:

Melayani dan merespons pertanyaan pelanggan melalui WhatsApp dan media sosial.
Melakukan follow-up kepada calon pelanggan untuk mendukung proses penjualan.
Menjaga dan membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan.
Melakukan follow-up kepada pelanggan terkait kebutuhan atau pertanyaan yang belum terselesaikan.
Mendata dan memperbarui informasi pelanggan serta riwayat komunikasi pelanggan.
Menangani keluhan pelanggan dan meneruskan permasalahan kepada divisi terkait apabila diperlukan.
Berkoordinasi dengan divisi terkait untuk menindaklanjuti kebutuhan pelanggan.

Kualifikasi:

Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, ramah, dan responsif.
Mampu memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggan.
Memiliki kemampuan follow-up dan membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan.
Memiliki pengalaman di industri maklon atau terbiasa menangani komunikasi B2B menjadi nilai tambah.
