• Penempatan di cabang Surabaya

Job Summary

Sebagai Cutsomer Service Pet Relocation , Anda bertanggung jawab mengelola seluruh proses transportasi dan relokasi hewan peliharaan (domestik maupun internasional) dari awal hingga akhir. Anda akan menjadi titik kontak utama bagi pemilik hewan (klien lokal dan International), memastikan seluruh persyaratan regulasi, dokumen, izin penerbangan, serta standar kesejahteraan hewan terpenuhi sesuai standar IATA (Live Animals Regulations) dan IPATA.
