Kualifikasi:

1.⁠ ⁠Bisa mengikuti jadwal yang di berikan dari Perusahaan

2.⁠ ⁠Minimal Pendidikan Terakhir SMA

3.⁠ ⁠Usia minimal 20 tahun dan maksimal usai 30 tahun

4.⁠ ⁠Terbiasa menggunakan laptop

5.⁠ ⁠Mempunyai skill berkomunikasi dengan customer

6.⁠ ⁠Mampu menangani customer complaint

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1.⁠ ⁠Melakukan konfirmasi order pesanan ke customer

2.⁠ ⁠Menangani complaint (keluhan) customer terhadap orderan dan/atau service

3.⁠ ⁠Melakukan "approval" atau menyetujui foto dari orderan-orderan yang telah selesai namun belum dikonfirmasi oleh customer lewat dari batas waktu konfirmasi

4.⁠ ⁠Bertanggung jawab terhadap pembayaran yang telah dilakukan oleh customer kemudian berikan "persetujuan" agar orderan dapat diproses diluar jam kerja tim Finance Perusahaan

5.⁠ Bertanggung jawab terhadap proses pembayaran supplier diluar jam kerja tim Finance Perusahaan
